We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Engineer to join a specialist groundworks and civil engineering subcontractor on a project in Richmond.
This is a long-term contract opportunity working on a fast-paced scheme delivering a range of groundwork packages.
Scope of Works:
- Drainage
- Foundations
- Services installation
- External works
Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying works on site
- Producing and maintaining accurate site records
- QA checks and as-built surveys
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered to specification and programme
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a groundwork or civil engineering subcontractor
- Strong setting out experience across groundwork packages
- CSCS card essential
- Own equipment preferred (uplift available for this)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
